My Secret Santa gift for @intrinsically-inclined !!
Their prompt was “Perryshmirtz”, so I took a lil look at their blog and figured I might as well make a Sportarobbie mashup of them 😇 I had a lot of fun figuring out how to make them look, as you can see Doof slays no matter what and Perry… well Perry is a slightly-above-average platypus now :3c I also tried making him human for this, but I did not vibe with it as much. Still, I included the sketch for fun ✨ Hope you like it!

Jeremy Johnson is in his bi-yearly pickle.
What do you get for the girl whose brothers can create everything?
He sighs, spreading his limbs out in the snow he lays upon. The clouds above him are a beautiful gray, full with the promise of snowflakes.
It's an absolutely perfect day - exactly one week until Christmas - and he still has no idea what to get his girlfriend of five years.
"Well don't you look cozy?"
Jeremy snaps his gaze up to find exactly who he's lamenting over, and like the Grinch, his heart swells three times it's size. This manifests in a smile on his face, "Hey, Candace. I was just thinking about you."
"Oh, well aren't you romantic?" She giggles.
If only she knew. Jeremy watches as she clears some snow at his side, laying down right next to him. She looks at him, flashing her own smile. "It's no summer sunbathing, but I can see why you like it." She pauses for a second, "oh, god. Don't tell my brothers I said that. They're gonna create reverse S'winter. Then it would actually be Wummer."
Jeremy laughs - a real, genuine laugh. "We'd be real Australians then, celebrating Christmas during Summer."
"My brothers already did that, too. Twice." Candace scoffs, "but you know what? I don't care right now. We survived our semesters, we're both home for the holidays, so let's just...enjoy it."
Jeremy is way ahead of her. With the both of them at separate colleges for most of the year, he's intending to spend every waking moment of winter break with her.
He wants to spend much, much more than that with her.
Staring at her, laying in the snow, content with nothing but his presence, Jeremy comes to a realization.
He knows exactly what he's going to give the girl whose brothers can create everything, and it's going to be every spare minute of the rest of his life.
Jeremy Johnson is going to marry Candace Flynn.
(He just has to figure out what present to get her, first)

details I want to point out about this piece under cut:
- The wrapping on their gifts is the same as their gift exchange from the show
- Doof got a self destruct button, and Perry got a matching vase to the one Doof got him before
- Doof's outfit is the same as in the christmas special, but instead of panda slippers I gave him platypus slippers :3
- Spent way too long figuring out what Doof's living room looks like, and added the tree and presents seen in one shot from "I Really Don't Hate Christmas"
- Perry's shirt has "Six White Boomers" on it which is an Australian christmas carol, since platypi are Australian hehe. @frogwithapen gave me the idea
