During the move these two mushroom corals were injured, but they’re both recovering nicely! Overall the tank had five casualties - these two mushrooms, two bird’s nest frags, and a Pocillopora frag. I lost the Pocillopora and large bird’s nest, but the smaller one still has polyps. Considering how long the move was, things went pretty good!

This is by far one of my favorite corals this is a ASD Pink J Poccli as AquaSD calls it but gererally speaking it’s just a pink Pocillopora. Bright lighting and high flow, they can do well in less lighting but won’t have as bright colors.

#Pocillopora Common names: cauliflower coral Difficulty Level:Pocillopora is one of the most forgiving #SPScorals. Feeding: Pocillopora has extremely small polyps and only the ability to capture the smallest items. Feeding is not usually needed in a well lit #reef. Lighting (Level 6 to 10): These #corals easily adapt to all medium to high light conditions, and they do it relatively easily. Less acclimation is needed, but care should still be taken. Water flow: Moderate to strong flow is needed to keep these corals clear of debris. Placement: Pocillopora is a very peaceful #coral and should be placed away from others with more aggressive tendencies. Keep in mind their unique growth forms when placing them. General: These corals can easily be confused with some species of branching montipora and birdsnest.
