Claus fainted at the cemetary.

He started breathing heavily, staring at something that wasn’t there.

Next thing I knew he fell to the floor with a hard thud.

Right now he’s resting in bed.

What’s really got me worried is how he keeps calling out to mom in his sleep.

He did say that he felt sick, so dad and I are watching him right now incase he runs a fever.

We’re worried about if he had contracted an illness. I just hope he’s okay.

Thanks to @pocky-does-stuff, I’ve been inspired to make my own Oddity AU Travis intentionally. Y’all meet Trevon Hills!

*NOTE: In this AU, Modern Mind and the Modern Men don’t exist except within shared psychotic hallucinations through an acquired mental health issue.

Trevon Hills (AU Travis Fields) is a psychic male youth who was sent to a mental hospital for multiple mental health issues including:

Communal MMD Schizophrenia (Modern Mind Delirium)

Paranoid Personality Disorder

Avoidant Personality Disorder

Hysteria

He has been known to obsess over things out of paranoia, worrying over the possibility of getting kidnapped in broad daylight at the park or a tornado happening in town.

He has a history of records listing off the many self inflicted injuries he had given himself, whether it be intentional, accidental or otherwise. The most notable injuries are his paralyzed legs and his blinded eye; Both of which will permanently be a part of his life.

Communal MMD Schizophrenia

(Modern Mind Delirium)

Communal MMD Schizophrenia is a phenomenon that was given its own unique name as a new rising mental illness in Belring, La Folia and their surrounding towns. It affects people with very specific symptoms of consistent hallucinations and some varying forms of psychosis.

Those who are diagnosed see the same things, which whom would always be described as:

“Modern men” with bright flaring heads.

Crying and/or drooling blue or cyan starry substances.

Wearing starry formal attire.

Assimilation/infection of others.

Psychotic feelings toward these “modern men” tend to be black or white. Some say the modern men will bring about mutations and will infect all life on Earth, bringing about the apocalypse. Others speak highly of them and say they will enlighten people and bring about a whole new modern Earth as a collective. All diagnosed people mention “modern mind” (Hence the name “modern mind delirium”)

Although some were non-psychic people who believed they had these powers, a large majority who have been diagnosed with communal MMD schizophrenia have been known to sport psychic prowess known as VOX. Because of this, it is highly advised to keep in mind that psychics are more likely to develop this mental illness.
