Forde/Fred (AU Floyd) is a non-psychic male youth (14 years); a generally well-known figure who had moved in from Pennyburg. He regularly visits the mental hospital patients (mostly VOX users). Since he shares a few of the same beliefs about modern men as some of the communal MMD schizophrenics, the locals suspect him to have communal MMD schizophrenia. Often times the Belring citizens stray away from Forde because of this.

Ferg. (Daydream! Floyd)

He does not actually exist in reality. He exists within Stars’s dreams, memories, fears and innermost thoughts.

He appears to be very young, about that of 7 years old. He sleeps during the day and is awake during the night, mimicking noises around himself almost as exact as the sounds themselves.

He is a VOX user, most strongest in telekinesis and an altered version of telepathy. Telekinesis is always in constant use when he is asleep to prevent anybody from touching him. His VOX abilities charge and are strongest during the day.

I actually had a dream of this guy, along with Belvis, who will be the Daydream AU Zack. That is why he exists as a figment of a dream.
