6/12 POD 5: Summary
- range is way easier into flexion after biking for a bit
- maybe 0-100deg?
- pain still minimal, only hurts when ranging
- finally starting to ice more like I should. The ice knee sleeve fits now
- def feeling how the day to day can be frustrating cause it seems like it’s a daily repeated struggle of trying to get more flx and then back into terminal knee ext with minimal to no noticeable change BUT technically took two days off of self-PT cause of the travel weekend. Only ranged it about 3 times each day
- NMES def helps to get my quad activation started. Then I turn it off to try and do it more on my own. Finally saw some improvement in SLR compared POD 1-4 with the NMES and mass practice. But nothing compared to what I was getting POD 0
