6/15 POD 8: Summary
- sutures are out! Range feels less skin-tuggy which is nice.
- was told to keep wearing the ACE wrap and TED hose… but it was rly tight and a lil suffocating so I took it off
- also told to keep use both crutches at least out in the community - safer also ppl pay more attention and will give me more space per the PA loooll
- okayed to do scar mobility as soon as it’s all closed and healed
- scheduled my PT eval for about a week out!
- HW from the doc/PA: stationary bike for 10min, increase 2-3min/day until she said… 30min? Or an Hr? And then start adding resistance. Can’t remember tbh LOL
- my gym access is in the bay so for now I’m biking 10+min on the mini bike + a couple extra backwards
- range is easier to get in and out of. 0 - ~100deg ish
- made my dad throw with me. Felt good to get some of the itch out. Just some short distance no pivot throws lol.
