Book Review: Changeling by Matt Wesolowski

Changeling (Six Stories #3) by Matt Wesolowski

This is the first book by Wesolowski that I've read and I will definitely be going back to check out the first two installments of Six Stories. 

When Alfie Marsden vanishes on the night of Christmas Eve, it is the nightmare that haunts all parents and communities. There are no answers for decades to follow. Scott King receives a letter to spur his interest in investigating this disappearance for his podcast--he has an eerie feeling about this one.

Wesolowski's Changeling is a book that allows total immersion by the reader. Its podcast format is easily readable and keeps spurring the reader on to the next installment. There were definitely some surprises, although I did figure out one of them before the ending--Wesolowski teases it but does not fully uncover the mystery, which is another testament to his skill. A quick read full of despicable characters, the supernatural and mystery.
