PodJam is back for its third year, and signups are officially open! ✨

If you’ve been saying “I want to make a fiction podcast someday,” here's your chance! PodJam is an event in which teams and individuals create the pilot episode of a brand-new fiction podcast in one month.

PodJam is hosted entirely online and is free to join! If you're so inclined, however, we suggest a Ko-Fi donation of $5/participant or $20/team; all money raised goes back to support the work we do here at PBC!

hey, hi! I have something to recommend✨

it’s an office comedy about overworked call center trouble-shooting decision…except that one is for supernatural, mythological and eldrich creature in particular

yet, mood stays the same

First and(so far) only episode is produced for Podjam 2026 event

yeah I’m participating because it’s great, obviously (try to guess my voice👀, maybe)

it’s more on a comedy side with relatable customer service angle and very different mythological creatures/very real tech problems all in one

You can check our “won’t be in an episode trailer” which is all vibes. I like it, it somehow cater to my horrible sense of humour

PodJam 2026!!

After how much fun it was to create a pilot with an in-person cast last year, we're coming back again this year with a slightly smaller group! Last year, myself (Cry), Carter Mortem, and Jasper Halcyon produced a sci-fi fantasy about a multi-universe timefunky tavern bar called Inn Between Worlds, Written by Carter with Audio Engineering by me. It was fun to play with recording audio in one room and playing with levels. This year, Jasper and I will be producing a fantasy thriller about polyamory and vampires (more details to come), Written and Audio Engineered by me!

My side project, the pilot episode of Moth and Phone, is now complete and submitted for this year's PBC Podjam. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Raf, Spikes, and Moss on this beautifully silly mess of an audio drama, and I am very much looking forward to the Podjam ceremony, as well as the time I'll spend binging all the other entries.

Today's the start of @podcastjam ! I can't tell you much about the project I'm a part of yet but let me tell you about 3 shows I've been listening to in preparation 👀

@foolandscholar 's The Boar Knight, which is absolutely adorable and I loved it so much! It follows a boar who's a knight going out on an adventure to lift a curse. It's also partially a musical!!

@camlannpod , which was so great and also I am very much obsessed with Dai Thomas now 😔 new blorbo unlocked, I'm afraid. Camlann is a post-apocalyptic story where legends and myths come to life and the protagonists have to fight against their fates.

And lastly Myths and Legends but only certain episodes 👀 whoever guesses which specific type of legends I've been listening to gets a little kiss on their forehead.

I'm really excited to work on this project! First time I get to work in a team :D can't wait to see what we'll come up with together 🥰
