How about Kunikida, Ranpo, Akutagawa, and Poe having a s/o with a lot of tattoos?
I’m literally waiting until I have enough money support myself so I can get this badass tattoo on my side and not have to worry about hiding it from my parents. Sadly, that’ll take a few years ;___;
Sorry for the late update! I decided to unfuck my sleep schedule :’D
Kunikida is annoyingly judgmental at first, having all the common biases against people with body art. When you first met, he’d occasionally make comments like, “Why would you degrade your body like that?” or talking about how you’re going to regret your decision in the future. However, after you start dating, he eventually opens his mind up to the idea of body art. It’s a challenge trying to get this very idealistic man to accept them, but he eventually does.
If anyone ever says shit about your tattoos, he’ll be the first to lecture them about not being bigots and how they should accept it as a form of art and expression rather than delinquent behavior. Remember that scene when he lectured Atsushi in the season 2 finale? Yeah, he’ll be like that.
He’ll be very interested in the meaning behind each tattoo. Whether you got it for aesthetic purposes or personal reasons, he wants to know what helped you make your decision for each one.
Ranpo starts a game of trying to deduce what each tattoo means and what it symbolizes - if you’re comfortable with it, that is. However, it eventually turns funny when he reads too much into it when in reality, that certain tattoo was just there for aesthetic purposes.
He’ll jokingly whine about how you don’t have a tattoo that symbolizes him, but he shuts up when you ask him why he doesn’t have anything that symbolizes you.
When he first notices one of your tattoos, he’ll immediately point it out, asking what it’s supposed to be - even if you guys aren’t dating yet and don’t know each other that well. Only exception is if he accidentally sees one that’s in a precarious area of your body.
Akutagawa really doesn’t care all too much if you have body art. To him, it’s one of the things that’s just there and doesn’t really mean all too much about it. However, if you want to talk about it (for example, if you’re considering getting another one), he’ll pitch in his opinions on what would look good.
You might be able to convince him to get one, however the idea of suffering through the pain kind of turns him off. He even questions why you would put yourself through that and he looks at you skeptically when you say that it’s not that bad.
He’d be the type to trace your tattoos with his fingers if one of them is exposed while you’re cuddling or just chilling on a couch in front of a movie. It’s a subconscious habit of his.
Poe doesn’t judge and even if he wanted to, the dude owns a pet raccoon that he has legitimate conversations with. That conversation would go south very quickly.
Poe might even have some tattoos himself! However, they’re mostly small, hidden, and somewhat symbolic of his books. You’ll probably end up sharing your tattoos before he shows you his.
Like Ranpo, he’d like to start a guessing game on what each of your tattoos mean, even if they’re purely for aesthetic purposes.
