I would like to thank #deviantart for creating an environment where artist nickel and dime themselves for my pleasure. With 7 years of buying #pointcommission under my belt , I could say I spent about 50$ for over 150 pieces of fanart. I got so much fanart I was able to divide that among 3 artist I like. The idea of spending over 400 points on a single drawing seem crazy to me. Quantity over quality! When it came to my favorite artist only, I be willing to spend $ if she let me again. As a former artist, I also #nickel and #dime myself because I didn't think my artwork was worth that much. I hardly got commissioned. The competition aka cheap art was to much for me to handle.
