Hubert and his family have always been “seconds” to the Emperors or something like that, but never nobles ruling over a land/province? Odd.

House Vestra isn’t even the house that always give Prime Ministers, so what is their standing?

So House Vestra is a “noble family” of servants/personal guards of House Hresvelg? But they are as important as the Prime Minister, Minister of War and Minister of Foreign Affairs?
