😅 basically everything i wrote up until the last year or so lol. i'm sure there are some works or drafts floating around that wouldn't be completely mortifying to look back on, but i can't say that about the majority. at least it's a sign that my writing is improving, right?

💌 i love them!! deranged comments, more analytical deranged comments, quoting my words back at me, i accept any and all lovemail. critique and critical feedback i'll only take from close friends or if i explicitly ask for it

🤗 the execution is never going to come out how you imagined it. throw away those expectations but keep working on it.

if you struggle to write, find a friend who you can add to your doc and cheer you on. or just someone to workshop ideas with, so so helpful (and fun)

💞 there's a tdc and a non-tdc answer. in tdc, i really can't say when i became a mira simp but she's soooo everything to me and i love her. another mirabella stan put it better than i am, but how she stays so kind and loyal to her people and sisters despite all the shit she's been through and expectations laid on her is something admirable.

my non-tdc answer is percy from percy jackson. that was the formative series for me as a kid and percy specifically is a character i'll forever have a soft spot for (pre-hoo... we don't talk about those books). similar to mirabella, he's also a character who is filled with so much anger about this role and these heavy expectations which were thrown upon him, as well as the injustice he sees, but it never stops him from being kind and accepting this life that he doesn't want in order to help others.
