speaking of pokebeys, updated lineups for some characters following sun&moon:

kai: litten replacing ninetales (no, it doesn’t evolve) 

max: toxapex replacing gastrodon

hiromi: oricorio replacing bellossom

yuriy: alolan ninetales replacing lapras 

ming2: primarina replacing aromatisse

mathilda: cutiefly replacing togepi

howling: lycanroc werewolf form replacing mightyena because Duh?

johnny: salazzle & turtonator replacing camerupt and magcargo 

gramps: +drampa

there might be some other changes later ????? but thats what i got for now

at least 5 people said yes and that’s really all i need so i made the sideblog @pokebeys ... ill get it up and running soon. make it pretty. etc.

yo if I'm realistic I'm never gonna do the full intense writing of pokebeys I wanted to do because I'm terrible and busy a lot, but I'm still super invested in this verse so... would anyone be interested if I made a sideblog where people could send prompts (based off the verse so like, what's the pokebeys equivalent of this scene from s3 or how did x catch this pokemon or even just a random scenario that could happen) and id write out the scenes?? minus might also illustrate some of them who knows I'm just spitballing here... ...anyway... what do y'all think. would anyone want that??

Since we are officially getting a new gen, the pokebeys lineups are going to change? I like (not LOVE) the new tiger starter for Rei... but its a fire type... but apparently the fire-type starters are based on the chinese Zodiac... but that means getting borderline racist. (I still need to see the final forms since so much can change in the evolutions...)

lmao i saw this ask after posting about how i’m changing kai’s lineup rn immediately. honestly i’m thinking of giving him the fire cat because ... kai doesn’t have a cat in his current lineup, the closest he has is vulpix since all the other cats were taken by the frankly ridiculous amount of cats in beyblade. it’s been a personal tragedy of mine forever.

(i mean i guess i should technically give it to ozma because he has a dog instead of a panther but what. what’s this. i don’t care???? i don’t care about ozma.)

i will wait for the evolution line to be complete to do it officially...and see the final typing etc. & yeah technically if it’s a tiger i guess it’d also fit rei’s thing but the typing absolutely does not match his lineup and it’d throw off the whole aesthetic. 

but yeah tl;dr the pokebeys lineups might change!!! depending on what gets revealed!!
