Just as a complete nonsense joke: Do you also find some of the pokemon Camping Food things, to be a little strange? It feels odd that you would have tins, that only contain a Brand Name, but doesn't actually tell you whats inside the tin. How would you even advertise that? "Bobs Canned Food. Ask us no questions and you will receive no lies."
