Overall best: Darkrai! I love them even including wartortle darkrai is my favorite, I got one at an event and they were on of my best friends :,)
One I most relate to: Squirtle but you probably mean the whole line so next Pidgeotto, love that bird
Favorite water type: probably psyduck? in my first pokemon game psyduck was on my party for a while
