look at Goh's face as Ash says "which means you're pretty awesome" when Goh discovers the mystery of Dragonite Island. And right after that, Goh's face seeing that Ash stopped paying attention to him, even the scorbunny is like 🤨

I just love this episode. Whether you like "SatoGou" or not, it's clear how much these two care for each other, and the cool thing is that this is at the very beginning of Pokémon Journeys, so that bond runs much deeper these days.

One of the things I find the cutest about this episode is the fact that Goh told his parents about Ash, it shows how much Goh is interested in his friend. And the funniest thing is seeing Ash realize it, hahahah.
