Hop
Honestly, he would be freaking out
he would have no idea what to do and would ask Leon
After he finds out Leon is no better than him he'll go ask his mom, realizing that he should have asked her first.
She'll tell him to bring you a glass if water and pain tablets. Along with asking you if you needed more pads/tampons, heat bottles or anything to eat, like candy, or any drinks.
He'll be very flustered about having to ask these things but he doesn't want you to be uncomfortable or in pain so like the bean he is, he'll ignore it and go ask
he will emediantly go get the things you asked for and bring them to you as fast as possible.
he would also place your pokeballs with your pokemon in them next to you so you can bring them out anytime you want for comfort
He would leave after that, telling you to call him if you needed anything unless you told him to stay.
Leon
He would have a better idea than Hop does, but he would still be kinda lost.
He would emediantly get you some pain killers and water when he understood what was going on
he would also bring you some chocolate and salt ships along with pads/tampons
other than that he would tell you to call if you need anything and then awkwardly leave the room
then he would sit outside your room unless he was sleeping or eating because he was worrying you were in pain
Raihan
Raihan would get some pads/tampons and pain killers for you.
Before taking a photo of you and asking his female fans what the hell to do
After getting some advice, he would drop of alot of candy and different drinks.
and he would give you your favorite pokemon(if you dont have one in your team he would get it, either trading for one or just catching it himself)
he would then give you his sweater for comfort. And probably some blankets
he would make sure the room was in an okay temperature and that you were okay and that you knew you could always call him if you needed anything before leaving the room.
Hau
poor boy has no idea what was bothering you at first but when he understood he would emediantly get you some food
he would be pretty useless on your period if you count out all the cuddles, food and blankets he would give you
unless you asked him too, he wouldn't leave the room so he could make sure you were alright
after he realized you got cramps on your period he would run and get you pain killers as fast as he could. Or get his Raichu to get some.
He would be asking so many questions before getting that you just wanted to sleep.
he would then leave you alone to sleep or do whatever you wanted.
Nessa
Poor woman is the only one who would know what to do.
She would get you a heat bottle, some pads/tampons, pain killers, candy you might want, lots of blankets, your pokeballs incase you wanted to cuddle one of your pokemon, play some soothing music, get a comforting smell in your room, make sure you were laying comfy, and cuddle with you if you wanted to.
she would also be someone the boys came to for tips.
after you were done with it she would take you swimming to make sure you felt better
