WHAT IS LIFE SO CLOSE TO THE GROUND LIKE, MINIATURE ELECTRICITY SPIDER?

AREPES: I’m not so miniature anymore! I’m a whole two inches tall now!! I’m much bigger than I used to be! Heee! I’m super big! … … … Though…

AREPES: …You can still easily lose me in the grass… So I guess I’m still itsy bitsy. Eheh… Oops… Though, having the life of a small little thing has its perks! It’s dangerous, and I risk my life every day trying to just live! But…

AREPES: Sometimes I hitch a ride on a human and some of those times I do… Even though it’s loud and scary-sounding during the night…

AREPES: Sometimes, just sometimes, I get to see some really pretty things up in those skies. I think the humans call them ‘Fireworks’. They’re so loud, but so pretty! So, sure, it’s really dangerous to be tiny, but it can be well worth it.

Gourgeist@Arepes: So you know the fox and the Houndoom, so do you have any other friends or know anyone else, bug guy?

AREPES: Isn’t that a human movie that tends to be rather heart breaking…? Oh! You mean Vulpecula and Princess! Eheh. Well, let’s see… Ah, right!

AREPES: The Durant are really close friends of mine, actually! They live in this area, and when I had recently hatched from my egg, they took care of me and helped me eat so that I could survive. Some of them even brought these big tubes they call batteries and let me suck up the electricity they provide!

AREPES: There’s also Queen Durant and the princess Durant, too. The Queen’s awfully busy, but she takes care of me like I was her own! I wish I could talk to her daughter more, but she says I can’t have a lot of time with her, because she has to leave to create a new nest somewhere else. I hope she can make a bunch of friends, though!

AREPES: There’s also this weird Pokemon that tends to hide out on his own… I’m not sure what he is but he gives me some batteries too as long as I power his weird machine! He’s kinda funny, but I like him. He’s nice.

My lord, are you one of these mythical shiny pokemon I hear about? That pink makes you way too adorable!

PRINCESS: To be frank, I wouldn’t call it mythical, but I’m not entirely sure if I am or not. I know it’s not true in the cases of Arepes and Vulpecula, as from Vulpecula’s information, their shinies are not in the least bit pink. However, I didn’t think about asking what I’d look like as a Shiny. It’s not entirely out of the question.

PRINCESS: I know for a fact that shiny Skitty are darker in color. My mother was a shiny, though I do not know how she managed to survive for so long, I do know she is not what most Skitty look like. However, my papa is entirely different… He’s of normal color. I have never thought to ask him what a Shiny Houndoom looks like.

PRINCESS: It’s entirely possible that, with the mixture of my father and mother’s shiny coloring, that my strange pink color may actually be what I look like as a Shiny. Vulpecula, would you like to back up the theory or bust it?

VULPECULA: I think it’d be adorable if Houndoom was pink if it was shiny! However, sadly, shiny Houndoom are blue in color. I think it’s just the Pinkan coloration.

PRINCESS: Well, there you have it. It’s just the Pinkan berries making us pink.

VULPECULA: Also, thank you for calling us cute!

Verdell@Vulpecula: Hello. I've never came across your kind before. I'm very happy to meet you! Are your fire attacks really strong than most or really weak?

VULPECULA: Well, actually… My Fire Attacks don’t even work for me. I can create fire to make warmth, and I used to use it to lift myself up, but my moves don’t actually work. Whenever I try to use them, my stick ends up getting all burnt up. It’s really weird, but… yeah! I can’t actually use my fire power for battles!

Gourgeist: Woah, it seems like a LOT of pokemon are pink right now (not that I mind pink's a nice colour). Is it a illness? Does anything happen now that you're pink?

AREPES: Well, you see, the effects of the Pinkan depends on the Pokemon and is randomly chosen from the possibilities. I don’t have any side-effects on mine’s, I’m just pink! Though from the looks of it, Vulpecula has Attract effects, and I think Princess is getting effected by all Attracts.

Sachet: Goodness, all of you are pink...! This is quite a peculiar phenomenon. Are you going to try and find a cure for this, or are you all going to wait it out?

VULPECULA: Hey! I thought you looked familiar, but I was wrong. Oops. Anyway... To answer your question, I have been doing a bit of research on these effects I, as well as Arepes and Princess, have been feeling.

VULPECULA:  However, to fully create a cure, I actually need the original berry to study its effects and how it works. If I can figure that out, I think I’ll be good. That way, maybe I can reverse the effects, or, for people who specifically want these effects, help them gain them, and maybe remove the other side-effects that the person does not want.

AREPES: Princess? Are you okay there?

PRINCESS: ……… U-uhm… Y-yeah… I’m fine… (Oh no…)

PRINCESS: (She’s a really cute science nerd…)

VULPECULA: …To sum it all up, I need an actual Pinkan berry before I can conduct any research into solving this mystery of the pink, and the effects it has. …Princess? Your face is all warm again. You feeling sick? I’ll find a Lum Berry for you and that should help extract some of the left-over poison in your body.
