Those will be that the person who is already rping a character of a verse (say, gameverse) and someone would like to rp the other verse of that character (speverse), then the original rper will have to give permission.

Also, we ask that all of you do your best to include people. Reply, like posts, etc. Please don't prioritise one person over the other!
