The first 2-4 hrs of your day, make time for yourself uninterrupted if possible, which means wake up early if you have others to care for. Take time to meditate work on your breathing/body mobility, and or weight lift if that’s your thing(just Get Active) Eat cleaner as well no processed “vegan” and or non vegan frozen food(the food cause you to be sluggish and very bloated)Try and eat as whole and fresh as possible, specifically those of us in my age group as the older you become it takes a bit more to preserve self. Listen to no one but your own body(and monitor results loosely) not every body is the same and what works for one may be detrimental to another, as far as portions goes for sure. Eat and maneuver to Live, not for esthetics and others, we need you here another 10+. Minor adjustments that’s made my Life more productive.✌🏿&💜
