High in iron & Potassium which is the only reason I started juicing it, however I added carrots as a semi sweetener and for its benefits along with celery for its benefits.(however beets contributed to my kidney stones one time I gotten em so that’s why I may dilute it with coconut water)
The first time I ever dranked and fresh juice this the one I had and after seeing the price and knowing I’d like to have it often I went out and started getting the ingredients and doing for self.
I honestly just like apple juice always did and added ginger for a kick and it’s natural benefits.
I use this tea to cleanse my kidneys daily of any buildup, I’ve had kidney Stones in the past and this aides in deterring any other buildup going forth…
Started to aide me in digestion/appearing bloated honestly, but added mint leaves to give it a freshness.
Started drinking to try something different and make use of my full pineapple honestly(gotta get my moneys worth) kinda like consuming the benefits of the full pineapple as a drink and edible fruit is a no brained.
Started drinking to keep my blood sugar leveled/to avoid becoming diabetic honestly.
All the these I drink everyday 12oz of each(while at work) depending the weather I may also need to drink atleast a liter of water as well before starting my day. In addition to these drinks I’d have atleast one meal when home, depending on the heat throughout the day this typically works for me. While keeping me hydrated and full of Life.
