Polareon (Ice/Electric)

#??? - On rare occasion, an Eevee can be affected by more than one environmental factor, and reacts to grow into a new, rare evolution. In nature there exists a rare meteorological event where thunder and lightning develop during a strong snowstorm, called thundersnow. An Eevee that is caught in one of these storms, if it survives the experience, will evolve into the Ice/Electric type Polareon. The thick fur around this Eeveelution's head and neck is supercooled by special glands under their skin. When moisture in the air touches their fur, it freezes instantly, creating a layer of ice. By channeling electricity into their frozen mane, Polareon can shoot off daggers of ice in any direction! When they charge their elaborate tail with positive ions and raise it to the sky, they can call down lightning to strike on their enemies or supercharge their cells. These outgoing Pokemon enjoy fierce battles and performing electrifying tail slams, but will run away from a fight they feel they cannot win. Trainers looking to evolve their Eevee into a Polareon must either track down an unlikely thundersnow storm, or must brave arctic temperatures to train their Eevee while exposing it frequently to a Thunderstone.
