#pole dancer problems

ironically, I get terrible motion sickness yet use spin pole almost exclusively due to my shoulder. last night I got into one of my favorite moves way too fast and ended up laid out for the rest of the evening 🥴

Me: “My body is getting old and I need to treat it gently”

Also me: “elbow hangs are great because you just give your body over to death and the pain lets you stick to the pole!”

the only bummer that comes with getting tats is not being able pole dance because you want to give your skin a chance to heal before you start rubbing and slamming it against metal lol
