Tonight I attempted this move (first 50 seconds). I think this was the first move that I’ve actually been terrified of. Watching everyone else do it made me feel physically sick, but once I’d done it (after the first failed attempt!!!) I definitely want to do it again, and hopefully get a photo. P.S - this video is obviously not me!

I always enjoy and love my pole lessons, but the one I had today has left me absolutely buzzing afterwards. Learning shoulder mounts, and extended butterfly. I absolutely loved my lesson today.
