My legs are covered in bruises from this week's practice but now I know how to climb a pole! Its all with the legs and you know thats where 80% of my strength resides. I'd like to think this is a skill that may pay off later...

*room is flooding, no way out but the space needle that threads through all the floors* quick! Climb up, it's our only way out!!
