It's been quiet in the pond!!
Past two days have been pretty quiet! I guess my profile has scared off what available guys there were in my area.
The Jewish singles site isn't doing much better, but that was expected, not exactly a big community in my area.
I did get a reply from Papa Fish #3 who thanked me for my reply and my honesty. I'm sure inwardly he was thinking "Shallow bitch", but extended the same courtesy online that I did to him.
I am chatting with someone who seems like a good hang-out buddy (I wrote to him, he wrote back). We talked online for an hour last night and not one single douche thing was said... I was shocked! At the least, hey...I may be making a new friend which is what I'm really aiming for. So he'll be known as Polite Fish.
There's been two others who have provided some good online conversation and haven't tried to take it to the next level which I find totally awesome. There's another I'm writing back and forth with and offered to help him with transferring college credits if he has issues (I'm wicked skilled at getting OSU to transfer credits from other schools). We won't ever date, but at least he knows I'm respecting his goals and am willing to help him in his educational pursuits.
But there's other non-site related things I have to think about, too, when it comes to guys. Some things to think about, steps to take, and anxiety that's so great it's overwhelming.
I'd also like my whole 3 readers to wish SMF good luck on his date tonight! I told him I want a success story because one of us has to have one!
