With all these deeply analytical psychological tests to 'better understand yourself' (i.e.: who are you from Riverdale?), what I've been doing lately, I thought some of these questions would be quite interesting to interpret in a different form, and so this little poll was born:
Who is TOS James Kirk more alike, his father or his mother?

We all know very well which of the parents AOS Kirk resembles (Jennifer Morrison, his mother), but we actually know nothing about TOS Kirk's parents, except that they obviously existed. And while we can find additional information like the fact that Kirk's parents probably died on Tarsus IV, or that his mother's roots are Sioux, all we can really know about Jim's parents is what we can see in him - the whispers and reflections left by them. So which of them had the greatest influence on him as a person, for better or worse?
(The question is about James Kirk from the 1966-1969 television show, not later retcons and iterations, but feel free to share any of your thoughts ~ )
