Across from an ivy league college lay a cozy, well known coffee shop. In that shop worked a young woman named Alexia. She stood behind the counter, mixing a latte for one of her regular customers. People sat in the chairs inside and out, chatting amongst themselves after a long, hard day of school. Just as she handed the woman his drink, she heard the bell ring and a seemingly grumpy brunette man walk in. As he approached the counter, she greeted him. “Good afternoon sir. May I take your order?”

Ruby was out on a walk, holding her baby daughter, Jamie, in her arms. She figured she'd show her newly born child someplace outside of the house. She was pointing to various things, telling Jamie about them. Though the baby seemed to be more interested in her paopu fruit plushie. Ruby let out a sigh and let her child do what she wanted. "Ya really love that, don'tcha?" She giggled and patted Jamie's head, looking down at her. In the process, she accidently bumped into someone. Thankfully, neither of them fell down. "Sorry 'bout that! I shoulda looked where I was walking..!" She quickly apologized. Jamie was distracted by the collision for a few seconds, but went back to what she was doing in no time.
