How does Scott Pruitt still have a job? With every passing day the list of Pruitt’s scandals grows larger, and ever more bizarre. It’s enough to make your head spin.
This week we learned that Pruitt had his staff assisting him with improper personal tasks – like trying to procure a used mattress from the Trump hotel (yes, you read that right). Pruitt also used his position, and his staff’s time, to try to pursue a Chick-fil-A franchise for his wife.
And then we found out that he had his expensive security detail running personal errands, like picking up dry cleaning (as well as his favorite fancy moisturizing lotion.) Amid growing scandals, it’s no wonder that this week two more of Pruitt's top aides resigned.
