Don't take a Bath in Lake Como by John Mueller Via Flickr: It’s been almost 2 years since I set foot in Europe. I miss it. And now, I get to go back. I’ve been really blessed with a lot of things and I try to give back as much as possible. Those that know me know I do. I told my buddy Jon that I would even photograph his wedding for free since he’s one of my oldest friends. What I didn’t realize when I told him this was that his wedding is going to be in Italy. So, then we had some haggling but it all got sorted out. So it looks like I’m going to be in Lake Como, Italy for a week in July. I have one one friend who lives near Venice, but am looking for other kind folks who might want to meet up or even put up with my snoring for a couple nights as I’ll be on my own the first couple of nights there. George Clooney wasn’t returning my calls, so if any of you have a couch or just want to shoot, please let me know. I’m interested in seeing Venice, Garda Lake, Portofino, Tuscany, and just roaming around the countryside. Even if we can’t meet up, any/all suggestions/advice would be really appreciated. And no, I don’t have room for anyone in my luggage. I usually don’t like to spoil the plot, but this will be my first of three international destination weddings in a year, so blessed doesn’t even start to describe how I feel about my opportunities.
