Traffic is being impacted heavily especially in the west. There are many long and ongoing road closures. My cross town drives take an hour now, while one year ago it was 45 minutes to the same destination. The entire western side of the metro rail system is closed impacting on using trains all across the west. Replaced by buses this has a further impact on driving and traffic. As for photo opportunities the fodder is endless and ever changing. So it's swings and roundabouts really. One of several projects, that explore photography as evidence amongst other ideas.
