Buster x Rosita x Norman poly OT3 headcanons?

Never done a poly OTP but here we go!

-Originally, it was a bit competitive between Buster and Norman

-Now they’re good and all go well together

-They have the funniest little arguments once in a while

-They can’t agree on whether Rosita’s socks are blue or grey

-Rosita jokes around with them about this

-These sorts of conversations are not uncommon.

-Birthdays are chaotic. One partner guards the cake-maker from kids and keeps the cake a secret while the other partner bakes the cake. Buster has been banned from baking the cake.

-Christmas is the best. Not wanting Buster to be alone on Christmas, Rosita and Norman have him over and they all always have the best time together!

-Thanksgiving is similar

-Rosita takes advantage of her two wonderful lovers once in a while and gets one (or both) to babysit the kids. Though, last time, they literally tied Buster to a chair and located matches, so Rosita has doubts about his babysitting abilities right now.

-Norman can barely manage the kids. One time, by accident, he sat one of the kids whilst babysitting. He took the title a bit too seriously by mistake, I think. Rosita gave him a lecture when Rory told her, explaining that he needed to pay attention.

-Making all the snacks for the kids to help each other out is the WORST because the kids are always swiping some when they aren’t looking!

-They swap out with dates though, so that’s always a fun change!

-Buster now has some sort of secret to get the kids to all behave and help with chores.

-He refuses to tell his secret to Rosita and Norman, insisting that “it wouldn’t work anymore!”

-Buster is officially their favorite babysitter now though

-Buster enjoys having Rosita bring her family over to the theater during rehearsals!

-They make a great, hilarious, dysfunctional-but-loving-as-heck trio.

Buckle up.

We already know Ghiaccio and Melone are super tight with each other. Even if you don't see them as romantic partners, the manga and anime shows that they have a pretty solid, friendly partnership to each other compared to the other duos of La Squadra- one where both see each other as equals with their own strengths and skills. Melone can catch up with Ghiaccio's thought process with little to no reaction to his temper and Ghiaccio has little to no reaction to Melone's perverse nature (despite the fandom sometimes portraying otherwise) while keeping up with Melone's thought process too. Also, despite their personalities being known to turn off other members (Melone being hypersexual and Ghiaccio being short-tempered), they actually don't mind each other's quirks, and I think that contributes to why they're so close to each other. Sometimes, I like to think they love info-dumping on each other and it's never a dull conversation when you're with them because they can talk about anything out of nowhere (language structures, neighborhood gossip, scientific discoveries, Met Gala outfits, etc.). Risotto isn't as talkative but enjoys listening to the two of them bounce back and forth; he is encouraged to join along but prefers listening to them talk for hours instead. Sometimes, it helps him concentrate when he's doing administrative tasks.

Both Ghiaccio and Melone swear their loyalty to Risotto and La Squadra for different reasons, and Risotto bonds to both member for different reasons too.

Ghiaccio joined because Risotto stopped him from ending his life and gave him a new purpose in living afterwards. Prior to joining La Squadra, Ghiaccio grew up in an abusive household where speaking "out-of-turn" led to punishment and at the time the younger man just ran away from home with nowhere to turn. Risotto pointed out that what's stopping Ghiaccio from jumping off the bridge they were standing at was the fact that White Album was freezing him into the rails (Ghiaccio didn't realize he had a Stand), implying that despite all the bad that happened to Ghiaccio, he still wanted to live. It took some coaxing but Risotto managed to get him down and that led them to realize that both were lost in life in their own way: Ghiaccio was lost because he didn't know what to do after escaping the abusive life he had while Risotto was a newly appointed leader with no experience and connections to find new team members besides Sorbet and Gelato. Because of that, they began connecting with each other and developed their relationship as a result. In a way, Ghiaccio reminded Risotto of his younger cousin that passed (he doesn't completely replace him but his presence still provides comfort). Risotto ends up becoming Ghiaccio's new family as someone who let's Ghiaccio be his true self and takes pride in his work rather than undermine it.

Melone joined because Risotto provided him with the best way to retain what remains of the life he lost. While other team members see Melone as this soft-spoken, meticulous, cold, and hypersexual scientist who gets the job done, Risotto knows it's merely a persona to avoid making himself vulnerable. Prior to Melone joining La Squadra, he just lost the love of his life, on the run from the government because of it, and ultimately lost his job and position in his Ph.D. program as a result of those two. Risotto offered Melone a position, not only to hide from the government, but to allow Melone to continue applying his computer skills while providing a space for him to grieve for his late lover. Risotto allows Melone to work on the more technical aspects of La Squadra (maintaining network servers, creating security implementations, etc.), and that led to the team being the most technically advance outside of the IT team of Passione; IT asked Melone to join them many times in exchange for better pay and stability but Melone refuses in order to stay with Risotto. Melone also sees through Risotto's persona too and learns what happened to Risotto's cousin, leading to the two bonding over their losses that could have been prevented while also helping each other heal from it.

Their relationship is far from perfect and they do have issues to work on. Risotto has trouble expressing his emotions sometimes and is worried having a relationship with anyone due to their careers as hitmen. Ghiaccio sometimes feels like he speaks out too much or feels like he crossed a line due to past trauma. Melone still struggles with moving on from his late lover and subconsciously puts up a wall to hide his thoughts when he feels too vulnerable. But they always try to find time to resolve them, remind each other that they are loved, and spend as much time with each other as possible. I think all three of them are able to be this close compared to other relationships in La Squadra because they have that rare opportunity to be extremely vulnerable with each other despite the circumstances of their careers.

These bonds can be interpreted as both romantic or platonic, but it's clear that the three of them share some sort of relationship that's not known in canon and I like to think this is what their relationships among each other is.
