Peace of mind, is a balancing act Convenience dictates what you add and subtract A transient construct, believe and deny All truth is simple, is that not doubly a lie?
Dearest darling Ravager, thanks to @vabam-fr both designing a lovely new outfit, and going halfies with me on an accent, has gotten herself a glow up! (Giving her Affection was also my choice, thank you my hoarding tendencies.) Please, come by her little shop in the Menagerie for all your candle and other aromatic needs.
Stepdad Buster Moon to piglets headcanons, please. :)
On it!
-Buster has memorized all of their names, but often calls them crazy things just to play with them
-The kids love to play with his soft ears
-Buster’s favorite game to play with them is Jenga, but the piglets also try to get him to play Twister occasionally (which he is very bad at).
-Buster is not allowed to cook. ESPECIALLY around the piglets. He made toast once. It was rEaLlY bUrNt
-The piglets are not allowed to jump on the beds, but Buster lets them get away with it when Rosita isn’t there (he may or may not join in)
-They love playing hide and seek! One time, Buster hid in the air vent when the piglet Vida was the seeker
-Buster is terrible at Monopoly (hm. I can only imagine why. XD) Caspar can always crush him within thirty minutes of starting the game
-The piglets make it a recurring thing to steal his wallet.
-When Buster buys Rosita gifts, he ‘piglet tests’ them to be sure they are indestructible (otherwise the piglets would eat the gifts or something)
-On Buster’s birthday (which I headcannon is October 17th) the piglets will often swipe fingers of frosting off of the cake. They can’t do this with Rosita. She watches them too slowly
-The piglets constantly call things by the wrong names, making it difficult to understand what they want occasionally. (Buster: They’re PRETZELS, Gail, not CRUNCHELS. Gail: CRUNCHELS!)
-They love to raid the candy, but generally get caught. Buster will give them a piece if they promise not to tell Rosita. (Rosita: Where’d all the candy go??? Piglets: BUSTER ATE ‘EM!! Rosita: Hm.. :/)
-Buster does a lot of dumb stuff. He’s liable to get hurt one day. The piglets (sort of) keep it a secret for him
-Buster likes to keep marshmallows in the theater where only the piglets can find them. Rosita is still is trying to find out where the piglets are getting all the marshmallows. Buster always avoids the question (he’s funny like that XD)
-The piglets all adore him
Cute moments of Rosita being the Best Mom to Johnny, and Ash, please. ❤️
-Being there for Johnny while he's dad was in jail. She basically fostered him! Helped with the bail too! When his dad got out, Rosita quite literally held a party to accent Johnny's joy.
-Rosita was there to help the entire time while Ash was hurting because Lance cheated on her. She gave her the parental support Ash's parents had always neglected to give her.
-Rosita would invite Johnny and Ash over multiple times throughout the week so that they wouldn't be lonely.
-Rosita gave Ash a birthday party
-She spent hours teaching Ash how to make her favorite kinds of cookies.
-She gave Johnny the pleasure of doing whatever he liked. One time, he asked her to skateboard. This ended in some screaming and lots of impromptu skateboard lessons. These were a bit hesitant though, because when Johnny tried to teach BUSTER to skateboard, the idiot broke his arm. Rosita was much less reckless though, and was happy to see how pleased Johnny was.
-The three of them would spend long hours playing Truth or Dare with the piglets. The piglets always had some rather cruel hilarious questions.
-Rosita once cursed in Spanish, and Caspar started repeating the word to everyone. Everyone laughed so hard, so it was hard to take Rosita seriously when she scolded Caspar
-One of Rosita's kids asked how to insult someone in another language. Ash and Johnny told them how to say "I love you" in Japanese, but the piglets thought the words were an insult, so now whenever the piglets 'insult each other' they are actually just saying 'I love you' repeatedly and Rosita can't help but crack up.
-Rosita once had to teach Ash and Johnny that murdering someone via tickles was not okay lol. They had ganged up on Buster, who laid on the floor to catch his breath for a solid ten minutes.
-Whenever Johnny and Ash know Rosita's upset with them, they make her laugh and she's cool again. There have been some hilarious incidents of this.
Rosita: I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU MIXED UP ORANGE JUICE AND TAR IN MY CAR-
Johnny: Bubble gum fish tarts
Ash: puppy clown bum
Rosita: *now laughing; gives up*
-This one time, the whole theater troupe went to the amusement park and Johnny and Ash shoved Buster into the cotton candy mixer. He was okay, of course, but covered in pink cotton candy the rest of the trip. Then they ganged up on Rosita and shot her with squirt guns, and this led to one of the best evenings of their lives.
Moments of Buster Moon being the best Stepdad ever to piglets, please? (With a bit of Busita)
-Buster is the piglets’ favorite babysitter, but refuses to tell Rosita his secrets
-For Christmas, he always brings by gifts and a hoard of cookies
-He has every piglets’ name and face memorized, but occasionally mixes up Freddy and Teddy for obvious reasons.
-The piglets love birthdays, because aside from gifts and treats, Buster makes the birthday cards himself. They collect them. Buster is a wonderful artist, but would never admit it.
-Rosita and the piglets like to make Buster treats for the holidays and Buster’s birthday.
-Whenever one of the piglets (or Rosita) is sick, Buster will make them some soup. It often takes lots of trying and failing, but he usually succeeds in the end with a decent meal to show for his efforts.
-The piglets and Rosita do something similar for Buster. One time, the piglets tried to make him special coffee. It was TERRIBLE, but Buster drank it with a smile so that he wouldn’t hurt their feelings.
-Buster will take them all to get ice cream at Arlo’s Dessert Shoppe when he babysits. He’s spent more than a couple of his paychecks doing this. Big softie-
-The piglets LOVE to play with his ears, and will play with his fluffy ears for HOURS.
-They know Buster’s ribs are super ticklish, and they constantly take advantage of it.
-Buster will do legit anything to make them smile. He will dance, sing, play games he hates, and literally like anything else to make them happy – especially when they are sad.
-The piglets started a tradition to have Buster come over on the holidays, and they come with Rosita to rehearsals during summer break. Buster is often Invited to come visit, and let’s be honest, he was lonely before.
-They are the cutest things! Even Norman finds that Buster and the piglets are adorable together, especially with how Buster hit it off with Rory and Zoey.
-Rosita will often pay Buster back by taking him out for overpriced coffee when he babysits for her.
-The theater cast is often caught taking pictures of Buster playing with the piglets to post them online!
-They have melted into one giant weird family.
Buster and Rosita platonic siblings headcanons and moments, please?
(Okay, but first, can I just tell you how happy your requests make me? *Continues smiling like a complete idiot*)
-Buster and Rosita often hang out after rehearsal, buying each other drinks at Canyon Cafe and bringing some back for everyone
-They help each other out when they can. Buster will babysit, Rosita will help out at the theater.
-They occasionally have their little tiffs, but nothing that isn't sorted out within an hour or two.
-Rosita will sometimes find a box of donuts Buster hid in the freezer, and she can alwasy get away with taking one from right under his nose.
-He loves her crazy shenanigans, and has made a habit of - whenever Rosita takes him to her kids' sports games - stealing her m&ms or nachos and he's not afraid to admit it
-Like kids, Rosita and Buster prank each other. However, Rosita STILL hasn't managed to successfully prank the koala somehow, and she's not sure how he's always able to see it coming
-If he's stubborn or gets especially workaholicish, she will tickle him. His ribs are his weak spot. Works every time.
-Miss Crawly just watches, finding it immensely entertaining.
-Buster and Rosita will often have movie nights at the theater, joking around and having fun like brother and sister. They both love movie nights.
-Rosita came up with the idea of Friday Moon Theater Game Night and to this day it is an ongoing thing.
-They love taking the entire troupe to go out and see movies, a few times Rosita and Buster have even pitched in to take everyone to Six Flags or the water park.
-They have a blast at those places, and once - learning that Buster rarely got treats as a kid - Rosita took Buster to the ice cream factory and they got huge things of ice cream!
-They are going to get into trouble one day with all of their giddy shenanigans, acting like giggly little kids messing with one another.
-Rosita keeps trying to teach Buster to cook
-The only things he's cooking is explosions.
-They are crazy little jokers and I love them :33333
