Dandadan chapter 221 spoilers ahead!

So, I'm going to gloss over some stuff (even if it made me very happy) just because it's obvious and lots of people are already saying it. Specifically Vamola being a polydan supporter and the Rin/Kouki scene. But as someone who appreciates polydan and Rin/Kouki (specifically in the thematic song/dance/instrumentation music themed ship of Aira/Kouki/Rin) both of these make me very happy.

But I'm here to talk about what I've not seen others discussing, that being Aira being very gay for Momo!

After learning that Okarun and Momo were attacked, but are both fine, Aira's concern turns to:

She misses her girlfriend and wants to help her get back to normal so bad!

Then Momo shows up and:

Of course, Momo's attitude is directed at Okarun, but also this kind of thing is just kind of how momoaira flirt, so it's fun to see Aira jumping on that.

And finally, of course:

I will stand by my headcanon that Aira is a lesbian whose crush on Okarun is equal parts comphet and being the indirect way she flirts with Momo by riling her up. But she does also definitely understand the momokarun situation. And now, presented with the option to date Momo without getting in the way of Momo being happy dating Okarun? Plus she can use the polycule to maintain her facade of totally not being gay because she's into Okarun? Plus dating both Momo AND Vamola? Yeah, she's gonna take an interest in that suggestion!

So, yeah, I know Tatsu doesn't intend lesbian Aira, and I'm totally reaching and delusional, but god damn it I saw this chapter as Aira being gay and concerned for her girlfriend and I'm going to run with it!
