one of my shizuku hinomori headcanons: she has a very good sense of smell and anything that is too strongly scented but especially things like perfumes and scent diffusers make her feel nauseous and headachy. kind of a bird type headcanon for her because birds are sensitive to such fumes

so mmj makes an effort to use things like unscented cleaners in the more more house! they also have to avoid things like candles

one thing that shizuku can do is that sometimes while she’s standing near someone she’ll sometimes just spontaneously say “oh airi-chan did you wash your hair yesterday?” or “haruka-chan did you change your body wash?” because she noticed like the subtle change in how they smell and everyone is very confused and caught off-guard whenever she does this but kind of has just accepted that it’s a shizuku thing tm

she also loves sneaking up behind her girlfriends to bury her face in their hair or snuggling into their tummy after a shower for many reasons but one is because she finds the scents of her gfs quite comforting! minori also does this too (as a dog therian type thing) but her sense of smell isn’t quite as sensitive as shizuku’s. haruka and airi think it’s cute whenever the two of them do it but also enjoy teasing a little, as they do, to various degrees of serene (shizuku) to very flustered (minori)
