I love this set-up! I use a planner with weekly pages and room for lists... this is a clever use of a journal. Do you save them for reference?

Thank you! @polysayswhat, this is only the third one (I think) that I’ve done. I just started using a journal late last year. I have always kept account of my weight and measurements since the beginning of my weight loss. It’s pretty encouraging to see how far I’ve come, that’s for sure!!! I like keeping track of the weight I’m pulling in my workouts, as well. Then I know if I’m slacking off or need to push myself a little more :)

Thank you so much kind words <3 I do try not to think about it too much and let it get me down because I know there is so much more to life than feeling pretty. And I should remind myself that Joe can make me feel beautiful even when I’m in my pjs and not wearing any makeup and my hair is a bird’s nest! 

Today I get to try on wedding dresses, so I’m sure I will get to feel like a princess! <3
