Day 2 of polysquary: au! Combined two of my longest obsessions into an au...! I ended up brainstorming w my friends abt what pokemon each member would have and most of the choices i went with were my friends ideas :)

POLYSQUARY DAY 3: studying

An, Akito & Touya-centric, 300 words

(Poor Kohane is in a different school)

“I miss Kohaneeeeeee” An whined, looking everywhere in Kamiyama Highschool’s library but her textbook.

“You literally have two boyfriends in front of you, An.” Akito told her. He most likely meant for it to come off as annoyed, but it more or so sounded like he also shared the sentiment that she had regarding their missing teammate. He was too prideful to agree with An in that case.

“Oh, I know.” She said matter-of-factly. “Kohane’s just a lot less scary than…” She leant Touya a shaky smile.

Touya arched an eyebrow. “I’m not trying to be scary. I will admit I take advantage of your fear if it means you won’t get held back.”

That appeared to distress An even more, “That’s kinda messed up. Touya, are you a sadist?”

“I’m a concerned boyfriend worried that his partners will be stuck in their second year of highschool forever. Now, finish reading the second passage.”

“Or what?”

“An…”

Akito gulped, and pretended to read instead. He barely tried to hide it, looking over at An, who promptly shut her textbook with a dramatic sigh.

“What are you doing?” Akito hissed at her, but she only shrugged and leaned back in her chair.

“I kinda wanna see what he’ll do.” She pointed at Touya’s blank expression.

”He’s not a fucking guinea pig, An.”

“Guinea pigs….those are just like hamsters…”

“No, they’re not.”

She quickly went delirious, a side-effect of studying for five minutes, “…Hamsters… that’s just like Kohane. Haha, Kohane and Touya…. my two favorite rodents.”

Akito shook his head solemnly, ”There’s something wrong with you.”

”But you still love me!”

”Eh, the jury's still out on that one.”

Touya watched in horror as the two of them proceeded to argue about guinea pigs versus hamsters for the next hour. They failed their classic literature exam with flying colors.

Polysquary day 22! Today’s day is fairytales and I figured that Rapunzel would be pretty fitting :) alternatively I was also pretty close to making Toya Rapunzel instead of Kohane, considering his backstory fits more, plus him being a pretty girl…..

polysquary : day 11 / matching outfits

akito and an go shopping. an gets an idea.

Akito sighed as An dragged him through the mall. She’d been wanting to go shopping but couldn’t find anyone else to go with her. Akito had mistakenly agreed, now he’d be carrying around her bags. No matter who he went shopping with, he always got stuck on bag carrying duty.

An led him into another clothing store, the third or fourth one of that day. She’d just been looking for new outfits, as if her closet wasn’t already stuffed to the brim.

“Hey, Akito.” An poked him in the side.

“What is it?” Akito looked at her.

“We should get matching outfits.” An smirked and brought him further into the store.

“No way. That’s cringe.” 

“Did you really just say that?”

“Yeah, so what?”

An sighed and continued to plead with Akito. “Come on! It’d be cute.”

Akito’s face tinted red, he was going to give in. He knew it’d happen. “No, An. I don’t need anymore clothes. Why do you wanna match with me of all people? You could match with Kohane, or Toya.”

“But I’m asking you. Come on!” An leaned against him.

“Oh my god. Fine. If it’s what you want.” Akito started to walk away.

“Hey!” An chuckled and followed her boyfriend.

“Oh. An, is that a new sweatshirt?” Mizuki asked as the two headed out for the café they’d be eating lunch at.

“Yeah. It is. I didn’t think you’d notice.” An chuckled.

“It doesn’t seem like your usual style.” Mizuki pointed out.

“Well, to tell you the truth, Akito picked it out for me.” An pulled out her cellphone and found a specific photo. “We’re matching.”

“He agreed to that?” Mizuki giggled at the photo. “You two are so cute.”
