Hello! I feel dumb not remembering so I’m asking anonymously, do treats get an anonymous period too, or are they always revealed/only after everything is open?

You're also correct, the treat collection opens the same day as Prospit and Derse authors are revealed, and treat authors are revealed after a few days:
