Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 1 cup pomegranate juice. 1/4 cup honey. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon ground ginger. Salt and pepper to taste. 2 tablespoons cornstarch. 2 tablespoons water. Pomegranate arils and chopped parsley for garnish optional.
Instructions: Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker. In a bowl, mix together pomegranate juice, honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper. Pour over chicken.
