Rode a big lad named hopper, wonderful dude, trotted a little but mostly walked around and watched. Was having trouble breathing so this week I'll be doing trot work with babes/cardio to help condition my heart. Fun POTS stuff. Ankle and knees and back held up much better than they have in the past, i think i might be over the hill on fighting those alignment issues.
