3rd August 2017...

This time last year he was promoting Poldark Series 2 at the PBS Masterpiece TCA Press Tour in LA (28/7/16), with Eleanor and Heida.  We’ve seen series 2 of Poldark; we’ve almost finished seeing series 3 (in the UK). He’s been to Cannes as guest of Chopard, to Odessa as the face of the festival and a judge in the film competition, back to Wimbledon as guest of the Royal Box for the second year, become the face of Alfred Dunhill fashion house for the Autumn and Winter season of 2017, found himself a base in London and is just about to start killing Hitler in Turner’s Falls, Massachusetts.  Never dull, this Aidan watching....  Where will we be next Summer I wonder?

I have so many questions about that golf course...

Look this is all I know;

Fire most likely started from a boiler explosion related to frozen pipes and made worse by flammable materials nearby

It was 2 am so there was literally nobody inside, nobody got hurt

It WAS kind of a bummer for locals bc the house they'd been using for the golf club was a historic building and was a popular wedding venue

They got the fire contained so there was no damage to surrounding property, but they couldn't put it out- all that was left in the morning was the foundation and the antique stone-brick fireplace

They started construction on a new building just a couple weeks after the fire, I think it's close to done by now, but they reopened the course itself a while ago, it's back up and running

And if you were wondering why I was so close, it's technically just behind my backyard- we were a safe distance out

So basically I was at barrier and they started playing Damn These Vampires and I actually freaked out bc thats my favorite song and I didnt know they were gonna play it and while I was screaming the lyrics like a lunatic Mr Goats himself locked eyes with me directly and gave me the biggest warmest most enthused grin Ive ever experienced and I almost burst into tears just thinking abt it bc somehow a Look felt like a Hug and I think Im gonna remember that forever. I've never been more parasocial John Darnielle u are forgiven for all of ur crimes. Mountain Goats best band in da worlddddd

What people fail to understand is that having hair is simply a way of hiding ur true moral character, which obviously shines through the skull when exposed. This is why baldness is in fact not a moral failing, but simply divides those who are bald into 2 distinct groups, those being bald (virtuous) vs bald (malicious)

And what abt when I watch the storm all night hope it passes by. And hallucinate a shady grove where judas went to die. What then
