i think an important difference between luffy and other people who want to take advantage of robin for her poneglyph-reading abilities, is that luffy lets robin study history as much as she wants to.

most people who just want to use robin only care about a specific piece of information from the poneglyph, like the location of some ancient weapon or the location of the one piece.

but robin (like most academics) cares more about pursuing her passion and accumulating knowledge, rather than just chasing after a specific piece of information which might have some particular real-world applications.

some examples are alabasta and skypiea where robin found informations about the locations of two whole ancient weapons and she wasn't just indifferent she was disappointed. crocodile wasted three years and destroyed an entire country just for a sliver of a chance at finding information about one of those weapons. and similarly, the world government invested 5 years of 3 of their most elite soldiers to find information about pluton. and robin had the gall to be disappointed after finding information about not one, but two ancient weapons! (she's such a true scholar. i love it.)

the difference between luffy and people like crocodile and the world government is that luffy isn't just using robin as a translator machine to gain useful information. luffy is helping robin to fulfill her dream of studying history. the fact that it would also reveal information that could help luffy find the one piece is just a by-product, not the focus of robin's work.

Page of Cups

The Page cards are all about curiosity and new ideas. The Page of Cups in particular is a bringer of messages in the form of happy news, gossip, invitations or important information. I think Olvia qualifies for the latter. The Page of Cups also stands for inspiration, a creative calling and going on an adventure, which she did while leaving Robin behind. It also says that when you are faced with difficult situations, you have to stop chasing your dreams and handle these problems from a different perspective. The aspect that I think doesn’t fit Olvia that well, is the part that represents your inner child and to embrace fun and a frivolous side of life. I still think Olvia fits here and I really wanted to have her on a stronger card, because of the effect she had on the story as a whole.

So, for me at least, it hadn't been confirmed whether Blackbeard had taken Law's poneglyph copies or not. I know they fought for them, but then Law lost, Bepo rescued him, the Polar Tang sunk. We didn't see the crew offer him the copies of the ponegylphs in the way that we saw Heat offer the copies the Kid pirates had to Shanks. (Maybe I just didn't notice).

However, it is confirmed in the small booklet (frame above) that was included in the last December 2025 Jump (One Piece, mini magazine: Legend & Next), that Blackbeard got 'em. Damn. The above is just a really small frame at the top of a column dedicated to Blackbeard on a page named: Present Day: Next New Age.

Below is a section of the Shanks column, reminding us about Kid :-(, but still mentioned, right?! There's also a frame of Shanks and Barto's crew (not shown).

Really interesting that the Blackbeard flashback above is in chapter 1081 (but before the events that happen with the Heart Pirates there), so I'm guessing that it's the Zou Poneglyph Blackbeard got from Law?

This is the complete conversation with the Blackbeard Pirates, seeming to imply that the Blackbeard pirates already had the rubbings from Big Mom and Kaidou.

(Edit in: But the wiki says that only the Kozuki clan, Robin and Law know its location on Wano, and it would be / would have been dangerous for Kaidou or BB to know the location ~ so I wonder).

Small One Piece theory

D stands for Dream/Dreamer

(Devil fruits were created because people wish/ed for their power; Im uses 'mu' as 'I' which can mean 'void' and 'dream'; rêverie basically means daydream; and it fits the general idea of One Piece about Dreams and Freedom)
