i really reccomend this series of apps if u wanna start picking up languages rheyre only 99 cents
and despite what the app tells you it is not ai it is a text to speech software reading out a bunch of phrases that some guy wrote
because if ur like me u cant learn in someone else’s environment or cant remember anything youve learned in any class youve taken
its just a huge collection of conversational phrases that u can look thru and bookmark
i just dont think the goal HAS to be mastering the grammar and the ability to write fluid academic papers its possible just to learn enoguh to communicate and have insight with another culture and language
(im part polska maxxed) and polabd has rlly interesting history (look up polish haitians) but i cant just become fluid in a language without going there so instead im just learning the equivalent of spanglish.
