I did pool exercise and then came home and showered. Spoons gone.

Today was my final #aquaPt session before I get re-evaluated for doing #landPT.

I really like and enjoy the pool because I'm not in pain for days on end after like I am with regular physical therapy.

I'm really hoping I can still be in the pool, I like feeling stronger despite all my leg issues. (back story in another post, I'm just not fully ready to elaborate quite yet)

Free lunch + pool therapy + hot tub +sauna = a relaxed T. Much needed because my leg has been bothering me lately. I can't wait for sleep now. Mom's plane landed finally. I can finally rest. Thank goodness that I can decompress! Some people suck really bad. It's no wonder that people don't take them seriously. Y'all need help. Everyone's time is valuable, don't waste my time! End rant. How is water therapy helpful for people with back pain?

Also known as pool therapy, this exercise is performed in a pool. There are several light exercises that a person has to perform. These exercises can help to strengthen muscles and is a good treatment for back pain.

This is the kind of pool PT I'm do8ng, isn't it cool? 2 more torture sessions this week M & Th. My Achilles can barely take more lol. I do love how bottom rises to top, step on & it lowers back down!
