Omg so I'm kinda freaking out bc I think I hurt myself binding yesterday but I don't wanna tell my mom bc I'd get in trouble for having a binder but my back and chest hurt and it's a little hard to breathe but I only had the binder on the first clip so it wasn't incredibly tight What should I do?

Ahhh I had this same fear when I first started binding ! Let me first open with YOU ARE GOING TO BE OKAY. Lasting damage won't be done as you only bound for a day and lasting damage takes months to years to develop. Also I am so proud of you for binding even though you could get in trouble with your parents it takes so much courage. Your body is not used to binding. Make sure your binder is the right size most importantly, if you can only get it to the first clip YOUR BINDER IS TOO SMALL ! I know it will be emotionally painful but you need to wait until you have the RIGHT SIZED BINDER !You are alright you don't need to go to the doctor, just make sure you are safe binding it should not hurt that badly it should only cause slight chest discomfort and shortness of breath.CONSIDER INVESTING IN A VELCRO OR SPANDEX BINDER IF YOU ARE UNSURE OF YOUR SIZE

I actually have two of my characters whom I ship, but they meet when 14-15, and they would make THE MOST ADORABLE OF FRIENDS-WITH-A-CRUSH-ON-EACH-OTHER AT 12, BUT THEY CAN'T MEET THEN BECAUSE THEY LIVE HALFWAY ACROSS THE WORLD FROM ANOTHER UNTIL 3-4 YEARS LATER BUT THEY WOULD JUST BE SO PRECIOUS AND GIGGLY AND BLUSHING ALL OVER THE PLACE ;A; it's very tragic
