Esme is not feeling the holiday spirit.

Violet: Oh, that's so sweet. I've never had a boyfriend threaten to comit arson for me before.

Esmé: Trust me, it gets old.

Poor Esme is sick with a stomach bug.

She looked awful on Sunday so my mother and sister took her to the vet. Dr. Brigandi felt it was just a nasty stomach virus and gave her anti-nausea medication, which helped.

She was still feeling mushy yesterday, but her appetite is starting to come back and she’s drinking more water.

I can tell she still feels sick, but she’s definitely perking up.

I swear that dog is going to give me grey hair, lol. I worry a lot about her because she’s 11 so I was a nervous wreck when she was at the vet.

Poor pooch. Stomach bugs are the absolute worst!
