The whole scene where Alastor threatens Husk is scary enough on its own, but it gets kind of sad when you realize Husk was initially there to look out for Alastor
He didn’t need to seek out Al to warn him about Mimsy, yet he still did
Why?
Does some part of Husk actually care about Alastor and thinks the 2 of them are friends? Or at least a team?
If so, than Alastor turning on Husk and threatening him is all the more heartbreaking especially when Husk was only annoyed at first when the chain came on, and than was left cowering in fear when he realized Alastor wasn’t playing around

I love thinking about Alastor and Honey’s relationship because on the one hand we’ve got Alastor potentially using them as a pawn against Husk, and on the other hand there’s them legit being friends and having this silly uncle/nibling bond and it’s weirdly adorable
