I was just thinking, and, like, why did Corinne even have Malia? Why did Talia spend all that time(the pregnancy) trying to persuade her that it was a miracle? Then I realized that, based on her covering up a murder, brainwashing her brother, and abandoning her werewolf niece(which is bad for the niece, AND the surrounding area), Talia Hale is totally the kind of woman who would imprison another woman and prevent her from seeking an abortion and try to force her to see it as a miracle. It's part of my "the Hales are the worst, but not, for the most part, because of evil, just because they're incompetent jackasses" theory. Also, I feel like they're probably inbred.
