told my mom I wanted to buy this fold-out bath I saw on tiktok last week bc we only have a standing shower and I miss baths. I brought it up again today and she looked at me like I was saying something out of pocket so I was like “you know the bath that I was telling you about last week?” and I started explaining how it unfolds, but she’s still looking at me like I’m buggin, so I go “what do you think I’m saying?” because I was speaking to her in english and we are a bilingual family and she says “a bat…un murciélago🦇”

I about pissed myself like bro why the fuck would I wanna buy a bat? and it’s so funny because bats fold themselves up in their wings, so my explanation only made her more concerned for my sanity
