DOBSON IS DONE BABEY! ANOTHER STARDEW VALLEY MODEL FINISHED!!!! If you’re scratching your head wondering ‘who is Dobson?’ he’s a deleted character and this reddit post has more info than I could cram into here whlie keeping it short. He was a joja employee sent to open up a store in Pelican Town, basically. More pics and explanation under the cut.

He’s modelled the same way as Shane and Morris, heads being separate from his body to allow for easy switching within SecondLife. Made in Blender. There’s definitely some clipping issues but honestly I’m happy he works at all.

There are a handful of changes I’d like to make, namely figuring out giving his skintone a more orangey hue without making it look like he has jaundice, but there are other minor tweaks to the textures I’d like to make eventually.

I suppose those whose primary passion is DM or VR are lucky, though (and it’s not as though VR fans don’t deserve nice merch because, like, all spin-off deserve more merch).

But yeah, hopefully, they are still going to announce some Arc-V merch as well as merch for the remaining spin-offs.
